SNOW!!!!

We had our first snow today... Well, I guess technically we had a bit last Sunday, but today we actually had a noticible amount. When my attempt to take cool macros of snow flakes was unsuccessful, I opted to force one of my built in models to go out and pose for me.

More Family Pictures....

We fought off the cold to get these outdoor shots. The girls pretty dresses weren't really designed for warmth, so we kept jackets near by and put them on in between shots. Then we went back to their house and grabbed some individuals.

Another Fall family Session...

We had a great session in between rain showers. It was pretty chilly, but this great family braved the cold and we got some great shots. One of the most fun things about this session was the huge difference we had in their youngest son from when we did pictures 2 years ago.

Sneek Peek for Rosebud and her Family...

This is the 4th year in a row I have taken pictures for my dear friends. This year we went much more casually than we have ever gone before. We also took adavantage of the last of that fall color. We had a great time and got a couple of great shots that incorporated thier newest family member Rosebud.

We Aren't Afraid of Rain! Sneek Peek!

So when it poured most of the day on Friday, I spoke with the family I was supposed to do a session with. Did we want to brave the weather or reschedule? We all know that trying to predict a dry day this time of year is very difficult. An hour before our shoot we checked the weather radar and it looked like a big patch of rain had just passed and it looked promising for a couple of dry hours. So, we went for it!

Some More from a Recent Family session

Just a couple more of the gorgeous B family... As I finished editing this session I had a couple of favorites.

Sneak Peek for the B family...

I met up with the B family last week and I am just now getting a couple pictures up for them to chek out. It was a busy week. We have fun trying out a new venue. The train station in Auburn. We were trying for a more urban look. The weather was threatening, but it held off for us and we had fun looking for Thomases.

Just a couple more...

How could you resist a couple more of this adorable little man? Including one of mom and dad so you can see where he gets his good looks from.

The New Baby in my family

Check out this little guy! He is PERFECT. I flew down to see him on Friday when he was just 4 days old. He was beautiful and so sweet. He is a first child and his parents couldn't be more in love with this little guy. These are just the first couple of pictures. I will post more later.

Cereal Collage

A week and a half ago we shot these cereal pictures. When I did it I had this collage in mind. Today I finally got around to putting them all together. I think that it is very fun! She had a blast with the huge bowl of fruit loops. Sadly it isn't an original idea and the collage is actually a template (gasp). We still had fun copying the idea.

100% BOY!!!

We did 2 year portraits of this cute little guy. His favorite thing seems to be throwing rocks! He was constantly on the go and so much fun!
